By accessing or using the Meditation Everyday website and application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Use of Service

Meditation Everyday provides a platform for daily meditation exercises and journaling. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes mindful of the app's intent.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the service for its intended meditative purposes. You must not abuse, disrupt, or attempt to hack our services or database.

User Accounts & Authentication

You may choose to create an account using an email address and password, or using Google OAuth. By doing so, you agree that we may access and store your basic profile information as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Medical Advice

Meditation Everyday is not a replacement for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The meditation techniques provided are for informational and self-care purposes only.

The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Meditation Everyday, nor its creators, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Personal Data & Authentication: When you sign in using email/password or Google OAuth, we collect your email address. If using Google OAuth, we may also collect your name and profile picture.

Anonymous Usage Data: We automatically collect information about your interactions with the app, such as session completions. We also use Google Analytics to learn how the app is used.

How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account securely, save your meditation journey, improve the app's performance, and contact you regarding registration.

Third-Party Services

We use Supabase for database hosting and authentication, and Google for authentication (OAuth) and analytics.
